I hear from some people that I sound like I am angry. As if it’s a disease like Covid. Yup! I’m angry as hell!I am angry that 2 billion+ Earthlings survive on a calorie-deficient (starvation) diet, half of them children.
I am angry that 2 billion+ of my fellow humans do not have potable (drinkable) water, half of them children.
I am angry that child abuse, emotional and physical be it at home or elsewhere is rampant.
I am angry there’s always an unjust war going on.
I am angry that 1% of the Earth’s population “owns” 90% of the Earth.
I am angry that the world is illiterate and distracted by meaningless, if not insidious, misinformation.
I am angry that the Sea is Rising, and few people do anything about it, even the well-intentioned.
I am angry that in 2021 genocide is still happening regularly and nobody intervenes to stop it.
I am angry that the democracy is corrupted by people with bad intentions and self-interests.
And there are a lot more…..
I am angry because mankind has the means to tap the resources of the Earth for the benefit of all. And man has the intelligence to know what is right, moral and just. And no one…. no one…. should be a victim of those things I am angry about. And though the utopian ideal, is as ever unobtainable, it should be the object of every government and individual to right those wrongs, pursue just ends and diminish the burdens of necessity for the backs of all Earthlings. I am angry about all of the human misery, suffering, murder, neglect, greed, exploitation, injustice and crime perpetrated by man upon man.
People who care are angry.
