Why is the media failing in their War on Trump?

The reason is simple. They are failing to report the truth. Trump is seriously mentally ill. It explains everything he says and does perfectly. But it seems rather that he has driven the media and half the country crazy too. They try desperately, every day, to fit the Trump-peg into the Normal-hole. And it don’t go….Take Rachel Maddow of MSNBC for example. She spends nearly her entire show laughing and snickering about Trump’s antics of the day. But Trump is not funny!… When you laugh at something that isn’t funny there’s something seriously out-of-place.
I’ve been saying this for well over a year.
I am hereby sticking with my prediction that Trump will lose his office due to mental illness. It won’t be the Russia investigation, his lies, his spiraling unpopularity at home and around the world, or the RepubliKlans in Congress.
It will be because he’s bat-shit crazy for real.
Trump will, soon I think, suffer a major mental collapse. He lives in a constant state of mental illness and probably always has. But everybody’s propping him up including most of all CNN, MSNBC, FOX News and the rest of the media by still trying, desperately it seems, to provide a rationale for the irrational. So what’s the solution?
The media, including Maddow, should be broadcasting only that Trump is indeed bona fide clinically and by all medical definitions and standards…a fucking insane crazy person.
Of course they’d be reporting the truth and it would explain perfectly all of this madness coming from him and the White House.
Stop immediately hosting Trump surrogates and shills on media broadcast programs. The media must declare the debate of Trump’s mental health is over. Having these nitwits, who don’t know Trump at all, on TV explaining and defending him is about as nuts as he is. None of them should be allowed a pulpit in the media; noting also that every single one of them goes immediately into a tirade against Hillary Clinton, Obama, the FBI etc and the distant past. They never really say anything about Trump and never answer the question at hand. Get rid of these people. Let ’em go preach on a street corner.
The White House Press Corps should boycott all WH press briefings. Don’t show up. Let FOX and Breitbart report the Trump rantings. Fact check every word they report and never broadcast anything from Trump or the WH live.
If the media insist on having Trump apologists on their shows confront them with the medical scientific analysis by numerous psychology professionals that he’s nuts. And if they mention Clinton or Obama’s name in response shut their frigging microphone off.
Trump’s insanity has got to be stopped. This is a truly dangerous psychotic individual infesting the White House and menacing the country and world. Normal procedures do not apply.

I was thinking that usually you get a lawyer when you are accused of a crime by a prosecutor from the court. You hire a lawyer to defend you. So what’s with Don Trump and his “family” lawyering up? Why would a skinflint like Trump spend that kind of money when no policeman has remotely accused him of anything? I don’t get it!…..Actually I do get it.
It’s about what we don’t know. It’s because Trump knows he’s committed a lot of crimes. And I’m not talking about colluding with the Russians or even Obstruction of Justice which everyone’s focused on. Probably more like $billions money-laundering, loan-sharking on an industrial scale, tax evasion, shady real estate deals in the USA and elsewhere, and perhaps even worse. That’s why all the lawyers. Trump is guilty of a “very very bigly tremendous” lot of crime. A much of it involves the Russians. His capos are also guilty of many serious felonies committed on his order and account. Nobody acts on their own in Trumpworld.
We already know that a number of Trump’s soldiers have committed felony crimes cuz they’ve done it right on video and paper. I consider those particular crimes of perjury to be petty but convenient; like nailing Capone for tax evasion or impeaching Bill Clinton.
The under-lying question is: What did they lie about? All of them? Meeting with the Russians. That’s what. And they all “can’t remember” what they talked to the Russians about. It’s a little too incredible for the police, or anybody with a brain, to ignore.
AG Sessions, a really stupid man, made the following foolish statements convicting himself. He committed perjury saying he “had no meetings with the Russians”. When confronted with the proof that he did have two meetings with them he said “I don’t remember”. But when asked if they talked about sanctions and such, Sessions didn’t say I don’t recall, he answered “No!” Well if you don’t remember there were meetings how can you remember what was….or wasn’t….talked about?…And it turned out there was a 3rd meeting he had still failed to mention until it too was discovered. Lying about these matters is one crime. But what was said at those illegal meetings? I think Mueller knows cuz somebody told him..
That somebody, is Michael Flynn who, I surmise, turned state’s witness a long time ago. And Trump has added to his personal crime wave with Witness Tampering. He has recklessly made many overtures to Flynn; “Stay strong” and such. And probably many others thru private channels. But Flynn’s wearing a wire and the FBI is watching and listening.
Trump has all the lawyers cuz he’s in big trouble. And he can’t make a deal or payoff to get out of this one. His only chance is to litigate. But that won’t work either. This is not a civil matter, it’s a criminal matter. There’s not gonna be any deals here. This is the big leagues.
At the end of the day he won’t go to jail or see much of real justice. Trump’s put his children and family in jeopardy of seeing the inside of a prison. But he don’t give a shit about them anymore than he does anybody else. He’s a psychopath. Psychopaths don’t love or care about anybody else.
But if Trump is prosecuted under the RICO Act, which he well could be, he could lose the entire Trump empire. The confiscation clause of that act is severe indeed when it comes to ill-gotten gains. I think there’s a lot of ill-gotten gains involved. He very much cares about losing money. He may lose it all.
Shocking Democrat Gains in Georgia and South Carolina Elections

First of all the Democrats lost nothing, as CNN and every pundit is fond of saying.. RepubliKlans already held these seats.There are several silver linings to this. All to the advantage of the progressive people’s movement. Take a closer look.
What really happened in Georgia’s Congressional race is RepubliKlan Karen Handel won by 3.8% of the vote. Her predecessor in 2016 won that seat 61.7 to 38.3%. That’s by 22.4% by my math. My god! She took a pounding! The RepubliKlan lost nearly 20% of support. Not much to cheer about for a seat you already owned. It won’t make any difference in the House majority.
And in South Carolina, the reddest state in the Union, it was even worse for the RepubliKlans. Ralph Norman won by 1%. In 2016 his predecessor won 59.2 to 38.7%. or a 20.5% victory…Reduced to 1%!… Think about what’s going on in RepubliKlan districts where the incumbent won by 3% in 2016?
Are you kidding me!? And incidentally Trump won both of these districts by 20%. In the real world the Republicans took a beating. But the worst is yet to come for them.
How do you explain a 32% popular Trump and 17% approval RepubliKlan Congress sits in such a majority and wins races like this? Racist Gerrymandering by Republiklan regimes in the states across the Union. That’s how!
The US Supreme Court is about to hear a case from Wisconsin that could clarify whether redistricting plans are too partisan. Last November, a three-judge panel of a federal district court ruled 2-1 that the Republican-drawn maps for Wisconsin were illegally biased against Democrats…. This is of course what happened in both Georgia and South Carolina that led to decades of GOP Congressmen winning by 20%… If RepubliKlans lose that case it could bode huge by 2018 as Gerrymandered districts will be challenged everywhere….I’m sure the Justices took notice of these two elections.
The third silver lining is now the RepubliKlans up for reelection in 2018 are more terrified than ever to challenge Trump cuz they’ll lose in the primaries to a Trump guy. Of course by 2018 this will all have changed as Trump will be gone. But the longer they stick with him the better for the Democrat progressives.
So don’t worry progressives! We haven’t lost a thing. This is all working out perfectly. We’ll watch Trump go down the toilet over the next few weeks or months and the RepubliKlans will be following him in 2018.
The Trumpaholics are Having Kool-aid With Their Whine About Clinton

While the ship-of-state is going down the Trumpaholics are drinking the Kool-aid to their master and America’s demise. In the pic they are pledging loyalty to Trump as he demanded and directed them. He said: “Raise your right hand. I do solemnly swear that I-no matter how I feel, no matter what the conditions, if there’s hurricanes or whatever-will vote, on or before the 12th for Donald J. Trump for president,” Attendees repeated the words and cheered boisterously with their hands up in unison.The deplorables have no personal dignity. I’m not sure what makes them tick; ignorance and vacant stupidity, or rabid hatred of everything including their own lives. But I know that Trump wrote them off November 10, 2016, and still they stick to him like stink on shit.
It remains to this day that I never see the Trumpaholics singing his praises; bragging about his great achievements for all Americans. This compelled me to review the last 100 comments by the Trumpaholics (you can too) to see in fact what they do say. I got out the old pencil and paper.
Note: I did not count the ones directed at me personally,calling me everything from an asshole to a drug addict…because insulting me doesn’t have anything to do with the mentally-deranged Russian tool infesting the White House or any of the matters at hand.
I can report that of these 100 posts/messages a whopping 56 were attacks on Hillary Clinton in a great variety of ways and imaginative conspiracy theories (as if its still 2016)…Like for example, Conservative Republican “Comey was working for the Clintons.” This is the guy who destroyed Clinton a week before the election these deplorable nutballs believe was working for the Clintons. Hillary is the object of a lot vile hateful maniacal downright evil bullshit….all without merit.
21 of the 100 Trumpaholics’ posts were attacks on Obama and his minions. A large % of these aggregate 77 were attacks on both Obama and Clinton.
The other 23 were various attacks on media, liberals, leftists, Democrats, Muslims, Jews, US allies and railing against law enforcement, the FBI, Comey, the CIA, NSA, accusing them, as they do Clinton, of every wild criminal conspiracy to “get the president”. All of the subjects in their posts are often mentioned together in various combinations and accused of conspiring with each other etc…
It is notable, that like Trump, none of his herd of mouth-breathing, bible-thumping, trailer-trash, gun-loving, racist, bigots ever has anything bad to say about Russia or Putin. None of them questioned or addressed the fact that the Russians meddled in our democratic elections and likely a whole lot more.
But it is singular that not in one Trumpaholic post,… nadda, zero,…not one.. did any of them of them cite and applaud anything Trump has done. It doesn’t seem to concern the Trumpaholics at all that they have nothing to say on that account. So I think “they must be on something”. I think the “something”, the Trumpholics drug of choice, is kool-aid.
Cuba: The Only Real “Bad Deal” is Mentally-Deranged Trump.

Trump, since the very beginning of his campaign up to yesterday, has labeled every treaty, alliance, agreement the USA is part of as “a bad deal”. NAFTA…bad deal… NATO…bad deal…Obamacare bad deal… Iran agreement…bad deal…Trade agreement ….bad deal…. …Cuba…bad deal… Jeeezus! We may wind up with Russian nukes in Cuba again over this or maybe Chinese nukes.
Of course we know that Trump doesn’t know a goddamned thing about anything. “The government”s really big”. “Who knew Lincoln was a Republican.” “Healthcare is very very complicated”.
Thankfully since Trump’s a disinterested ignoramus he has not been able to affect much except to surrender American influence and world leadership to China.
But why doesn’t somebody in media ask him what’s bad about the deal with NATO Cuba etc..? If they did, he wouldn’t know what to say cuz he doesn’t know or give a shit about any of that.
Trump, who suffers from Obsessive Obama Revenge Disorder has called all these agreements and treaties bad deals cuz Obama said they were good deals (which they are). He couldn’t even begin to say what’s wrong with them. Trump doesn’t think of anything beyond his consuming revenge on Obama.
The media has given him a pass on his total ignorance of these agreements from the very beginning. In the campaign debates no one asked him what exactly is wrong with the trade agreement besides “it’s a bad deal” “it’s a disaster” “it will implode”. He would have been dead. Nobody asked him. And nobody’s asking him now.
If healthcare is so frigging complicated could he explain to us know-nothing citizens how Obamacare’s a disaster? Simple question.
What exactly is the problem with the Cuba settlement? NATO?

Next: Trump/Russian Massive Crime Wave Going Back Years.

Obstruction of Justice and collaboration with Russians to rig the 2016 election are going to be hard to prove even though Trump said with certainty that it was rigged and he requested the Russians “if you’re listening” to commit espionage against Clinton; for a big “reward” from the media. How or even why, the media would reward Russia for espionage is a question Trump has never been asked.
But the investigations into these two recent criminal allegations against Trump & Co are going to lead to the tax returns, passports etc of all the players involved, including Russians in America. This will cover many years. And that evidence is going to reveal to law enforcement a staggering history of criminal financial chicanery between Trump, Putin and their minions, including money-laundering, black-marketeering on a global scale, a many tentacled tax and law evading criminal cartel. Whether there are things like prostitutes and drugs involved remains to be seen.
This is what Trump is really worried about. Nobody knows the half of it at this point. But he does. We do know there are numerous hints and indications of Russian mafia connections with Trump, from his son saying “we go to Russia all the time and get our money from them” to his selling properties to Russian crime figures and his “friends” meeting Russian bankers who are under embargo etc etc. This is RICO Act stuff cuz you can bet nobody…but nobody!…makes a move without Trump’s order.
And perhaps the Russians are blackmailing Trump. He certainly acts like they’re blackmailing him with his contentious rejection and mistreatment of NATO and USA allies and other bizarre antics. But how so?
Here’s how. Not a single element of the Steele dossier has been repudiated though many have been confirmed. Among the yet-unproven or confirmed points was Trump’s alleged perverse sexual escapade with Russian prostitutes which Steele claims the Russians recorded on video. In several instances Trump has referred to the dossier as being “fake news” and on several other unrelated occasions has seemed rather sensitive about his relations with prostitutes. The dossier could explain a lot if it were true. Trump knows whether it’s true and acts like it is.
I certainly can’t prove anything. But I believe I will be borne out in the near future. Trump is guilty as hell of a lot we haven’t even touched upon. Yet.
Trump Fired Comey, For Saying He’s “Crazy”. Personal Revenge

Comey Called Trump “Crazy”. Trump fired him for it. That’s what really happened here. He personally insulted Trump on camera and Trump took personal revenge. Taking everything personal is the hallmark of his twisted personalities.
If you consider for a moment that Trump actually is crazy….It explains everything that’s happened perfectly.
A chief problem with people who really are crazy is they don’t know it. It’s the main obstacle to treatment. Trump is indeed crazy, as in mentally-ill, suffering from a variety of character flaws and serious psychosis. His psychopath personality cannot tolerate personal insult of any kind. Being accused of being crazy is right up there with being laughed at.
You don’t have to be a shrink to know this. He’s your president.
If you look at all the madness coming from him and see the media, pundits and everybody else trying to fit the Trump peg into the Normal hole you can’t miss it. Either nearly everybody else on planet Earth is crazy or Trump is. I think it’s Trump.
Forget his 30% base of Trumpaholics. They have nothing to do with it. Trump has nothing to do with them. They think he’s done great things, saved their healthcare, dropped a few bombs on our enemies, came down on the immigrants, blacks, Muslims and gays. They are stupid, ignorant, racist welfare/Medicare clients who think they’re Christians. Trump wrote them off November 10, 2016.
It’s quite ironic that somehow 240years after the Revolution we have our own lunatic King George. The very kind of crazy despot the Founding Fathers rebelled against and designed the government to avoid. But there’s big difference in that King George’s men were educated, able, bright people dedicated to the well-being of the King, themselves and the realm. Trump is surrounded by clueless dysfunctional idiots stupider than he is.
It’s hard to say what can be done about Trump being mentally ill but it certainly is “a clear and present danger”. Urgent in fact!!
I can only see the US Supreme Court stepping in and taking charge. They can provide a remedy. Who could deny their authority? And they don’t run for election.
In the meantime I hope the generals to whom Trump has evidently (hopefully) handed the duties of Commander-in-Chief will “keep his short finger away from “the button” until we can restrain him and take him into protective custody.
Abortions Plummeted Under Obamacare

My Mother’s Day Message…..In the first year of Obamacare abortions declined by 77,746*. Obama, Pro-choice Democrats and liberals prevented more abortions in one year! than the Republican Party, Pro-lifers, clinic bombers and murderous Christians did in 50 years. This year there are many thousands more mothers celebrating Mother’s Day thanks to Obamacare.
This happened because Obamacare gives women a choice. 77,746 more chose life than the year before.
Did these women all have a religious epiphany? Did dead baby posters shoved in their face change their mind? I don’t think so.
Obamacare provided these women with healthcare security, for themselves and their babies; the lack of which was obviously a huge reason why 77,746 more of them chose abortion the year before.
Had the Prolife folks, over the last 50 years, spent their resources, votes and energy helping women to make the right “choice” think of the millions of babies they could have saved. They could’ve opened a woman’s clinic right next to Planned Parenthood that did not offer abortion but every alternative “choice”. They would have saved millions of babies by now.
Instead they elected Republican do-nothings after Republican do-nothings who let the killing of babies go on decade after decade without any attempt to stop it. In the Dubya Bush era the Republicans held the Congress, White House and US Supreme Court for six years. Not a single anti-abortion law was even proposed much less enacted.
In addition alleged Pro-lifers staged intimidating often violent protests outside PP clinics against women seeking medical care and perhaps abortion. Trust me, they won almost nobody over.
And also of course they murdered doctors bombed clinics etc none of which can be shown to have prevented a single abortion but only added to the death toll. How Christian and Prolife is that?
You psuedo-Christian idiots have been duped out of your votes for 50 years and you still don’t get it.
Now your elected Republicans are trying to repeal Obamacare and abortion will likely rise 80,000 the first year its gone. And you’re cheering them on.
You are more racist than you are Christian or pro-life.

Melania Trump is High on My Admiration List

I admire Melania Trump on many levels; perhaps above all First Ladies who came before her. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about her. But I must admit and apologize that I have made a disparaging comment or two about her; though I was really aiming at her husband.
Level #1: She obviously detests Trump as much as I do. But I have no doubt in a much deeper personal way and with much greater reason. And she has stuck to her guns refusing to live with the son-of-a-bitch sexual predator philandering pervert…and rejecting the White House, one of the most coveted residences on Earth. Just cuz she hates the slimy fucking creep! He makes her skin crawl. I applaud her personal dignity and determination.
Level #2: She’s is the poster-girl for illegal or questionable immigration. It’s quite clear that she violated immigration/work laws when she first came to the United States. But she got past that, learned the language and became a model citizen and arguably the single most successful immigrant woman in our nation’s history….a billionaire 1st Lady. Hard to do much better than that. She didn’t ask for any of this and will not have it forced upon her.
Level #3: She’s a prostitute (formerly at least). A very beautiful successful prostitute who came from East-European hopeless destitution and made the most of her physical assets. There is no doubt she endured a lot of abuse and degradation in that life to get to where she is (including marrying the son-of-a bitch). She has been maligned unfairly for her great success only because of her dickhead husband.
Level #4: She’s right up there with most abused wives/women in America for which I both pity and admire her. I am certain of this, but not sure if Trump’s abuse includes physical beatings or such. But we do know that Trump’s first wife Ivana sued him for violent marital rape. Trump settled for $125 million. Ivanka’s mother kept her mouth shut per the arrangement. Melina is the poster girl too for the closet-abused woman; not to mention Trump’s philandering and braggadocio of sexual assaults etc involving women other than his wife.
Level #5: She is a mother who, to protect her child from living in proximity to his mentally ill abusive father, has rejected the most respectable and opulent position. Just look at the other children he raised.
Melania is currently being blamed for the costs of not living in the White House. But she didn’t ask for any of this including Secret Service protection. I’ll bet she hates it all as much as she hates Donald. She is a prisoner. Donald Trump’s prisoner.

I have used the word FAILED where he has failed, taken no action or flip-flopped completely (like NAFTA or declaring China a currency manipulator). + those of his Executive Orders which have been judged illegal and unConstitutional. Proposals do not count as successes. So here’s his report card based on facts.
“Therefore, on the first day of my term of office, my administration will immediately pursue the following six measures to clean up the corruption and special interest collusion in Washington, DC:
FIRST, propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress; …..FAILED
SECOND, a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition ….FAILED
THIRD, a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;…FAILED
FOURTH, a 5 year-ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service;…FAILED
FIFTH, a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government;…. FAILED
SIXTH, a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections. ……FAILED
On the same day, I will begin taking the following seven actions to protect American workers:
FIRST, I will announce my intention to renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205 …..FAILED
SECOND, I will announce our withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership…FAILED
THIRD, I will direct my Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator ….FAILED

Additionally, on the first day, I will take the following five actions to restore security and the constitutional rule of law:
FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama …FAILED
SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States….SUCCESS!
THIRD, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities…FAILED DEEMD ILLEGAL BY COURTS
FOURTH, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back …FAILED…SUCCEEDED IN REMOVING A FEW HUNDRED
FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting. …FAILED…. DEEMED ILLEGAL
Next, I will work with Congress to introduce the following broader legislative measures and fight for their passage within the first 100 days of my Administration:
1. Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act. If you try to add up and explain or rationalize the utter global chaos Trump has unleashed, as a body of work it defies explanation. Unless you consider the many mental health conditions manifest in Trump. If this madhouse of a country and world Trump has wrought was said to be the “work of a madman” it all makes perfect sense. It de-legitimizes everything he has done.
Trump does not know right from wrong, the truth from a lie or reality from fantasy. This is the first clue to his three personality disorders and character flaws. It is not a joke. It is gravely urgently serious problem and threat on many levels. There’s nothing in the US Constitution about mental illness and the president. No matter how dysfunctional he becomes there is no provision for actually doing a thing about it, like sending him to another institution than the White House.
By now everybody knows that a bunch of top-notch psychoanalysts have declared Trump insane. We should be listening to these people. They should be on CNN and all every day. We’ve got our own King George 1776, a ranting delusional lunatic despot and dictator who believes he’s boss of the world.
Trump’s mental condition presents “a clear and present danger” to the security of the United States and the people of Earth. There should be no debate.
The only people with the power to suspend the president and his administration pending a complete mental health evaluation are the US Supreme Court. They could, and should, put order to the chaos. This already has had a bad result. But big catastrophes are brewing. Trump must be taken into custody immediately.
No elected official has the political power or will to stop his crazy majesty. It is left to un-elected impartial courts, law enforcement and security agencies to make it right. They have already done this with many of Trump’s most important executive orders deeming them illegal. Federal judges everywhere seem quite aware that Trump’s crazy.

Sorry to talk vulgar there. But at least I didn’t say “grab her by the pussy” like the president of the United States did.
There’s something wrong here folks!
A minority of hybrid of Racists, Christians, Uneducated white guys-and Wall Street 1%ers won the day in a national election by winning key “swing” states. This is how Trump “won” though he lost by 2,871,596 votes in our “democracy”; ya know where the majority rules. I don’t recall that the Founding Fathers ever said anything about Swing States.
The swing states marginalized the rest of the country in election 2016 as they do every national election. About 46 states didn’t count.
The reason for this laughable asinine and perpetual mockery of democracy is the 12th Amendment. The Electoral College Amendment. This amendment should have been done away with in the 1840s.
The reason the Amendment was passed was because in 1790 there was one supreme state population/power/money/brains and it was Virginia. The Founding Fathers (Virginians themselves), thought that both President and Vice-president being from Virginia was repugnant to the idea of Federal government. They spelled their foremost intention right in the first sentence of the 12th Amendment.
Read as follows:
“The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves.”
The entire rest of the Amendment is procedural.
Ironically the Bush/Cheney ticket 2000 was clearly unConsitutional and illegal. they were both from Texas. I know Cheney was an old Wyoming but he actually changed his official citizenship back to Wyoming 2 weeks before the 2000 Republican Convention.
He had lived in Texas for 14 years previous, had a driver’s license, a number of homes, paid taxes etc…Cheney was from Texas and so was Bush.
I don’t think “the spirit of the law” was that a Virginian could pitch a tent in Maryland and claim to be from there.
Since Bush/Cheney and everybody else ignored and repudiated the 12th Amendment in 2000 it should have stayed repudiated in 2016 and Clinton’s huge win should have stood.
If you think letting an archaic stupid Amendment just whither and die is a silly idea please tell me what the 3rd Amendment says and why it still stands….without looking.

A Reign of Terror…..Separating Immigrant Families Constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment”…if ever any punishment from gov’t did. Christ! It’s worse than water-boarding people! Think about it.
Undocumented immigration is a non-violent victim-less crime. As often as not it’s a technical bureaucratic crime, a matter of “not having your papers” in order.
Traumatizing families by separating American children (born in the America to undocumented parents) is waaay not proportional or just punishment. It’s particularly cruel and unusual for such a crime.
American children, who have committed no crime, are being punished most of all in the most extreme way. (What could be worse except maybe murdering them?) They have a Constitutional right to their parents. They surely have the right to not be punished by the United States government in any way. They are Americans!
Their deported parents, who came here as illegals and bore their children in America are “the culprits”. But they are also being deprived of their Constitutional rights though they are subject to some kind of retribution for their crime; say a community service based parole system where they have to spend so many hours per month at public works for a period of time.
However you want to color it the present rabid Draconian system is terrorizing many millions of people by threatening them with cold-blooded instant deportation, and it ain’t right.
Thousands of Latino women of the “illegal” ilk who are beaten, raped or abused are afraid to report the crime for fear of being discovered and deported. Reports of such crimes in the Latino communities are down 37% already.
Illegals are also reluctant to go to the hospital or seek medical care of any kind. This can of course include being afraid of taking very sick American children to the doctor or hospital.
In short they will not call police, fire or emergency services out of fear of being deported. Nor will they seek such services at their offices. A lot of misery is being created. Cruel and unusual!
Of course their American employers, masters you might say, hold their illegal status over their heads like a sledgehammer compromising them in every way including a crime wave of child labor, sexual abuse, overwork and extortion.
Overall the reign of terror upon Latino in America being perpetrated by the current administration is truly genuine Gestapo, Secret Police, racist, bigoted and as gawddammed unAmerican as a thing can be. It is a disgrace before the world.
Immigration enforcement officers are now stationed at courtrooms and government offices across the land “checking peoples papers” or pursuing suspected undocumenteds, court witnesses, folks applying for a driver’s license, you name it.
This is exactly how the Nazis did it. The first thing they did was silence the Jews. Nobody dared to protest for fear of brutal reprisal from the government. Those who did dare were taken away or even murdered on the spot to terrorize the rest into a state of total submission. Worked like a charm for the Nazis.
Our government is doing this to people who have Constitutional rights, in America, before our eyes, with our permission and in our name! About 1/4 of the American population are loudly cheering this racist bigot terrorism just like in 1930s Germany.
But there’s a difference between the 1930s Germany and 21st century America. We know! We’re seeing it on youtube, Facebook and CNN. The German people were far more in the dark about the world outside of their own immediate sphere until they realized they’d been terrorized too. By then it was too late for them and they went down hard for the Nazi crimes. And they deserved it. And so will we.

China doesn’t want NK to have nuclear weapons so they don’t. If we did, China would just give them some nukes right on the tip of really good missiles that can reach this golf course, to make sure one of NK’s own nukes wouldn’t blow up in our front yard, maybe land in China…But now Mr Trump you’ve “kicked this cow-pie”, as you American cowboys say, and it’s hard to say where we go from here. Trump realizing he doesn’t know shit and realizing also that the Chinese are actually the guys with their finger on the nuclear trigger and arsenal, fell instantly into a panic and in the next 10 minutes gave away the bank to China, flip-flopping on his oft-repeated rabid vows to “brand China a currency manipulator” and lay a 35% tariff import tax and sanctions on them, begging them to “please continue to contain North Korea”. The Chinese statesman silently finished his incredible piece of chocolate cake, which cost American tax-payers $21,567,499, smiled, bowed and as a consolation gift awarded Donald the Trump brand name in China. Whatta a deal for America!
There is no accounting how big the gain$ for China are with this “tremendous very very great great incredibly successful” payoff for something they’ve been doing all along for free. Trump awarded the title: “#1 biggest USA trade imbalance importer” to China without a shot being fired….or a nuke or WMDs being confiscated.
As a show of the force, how he had muscled China, Trump proclaimed for all the world “the armada that wasn’t” was on it’s way to enforce the dictates he (now truly) believes he made to China. It was just a publicity stunt designed to cover Trump’s cowardly retreat and sell-out over a crisis he created.

The title of worst president ever is a contest between Reagan who destroyed the middle class and Junior Bush who lit the world on fire. They both devastated the economy but Bush was a little more effective at that cuz he started out a lot better off than Reagan did. Dubya also killed a lot more people than Reagan, not to mention 9/11. So for me Bush is #-1 and Reagan is #-2.
As for Trump he’ll have to go some to win the “Worst President Ever Award” cuz he hasn’t actually done much. He’s been mostly all talk and no action. His talk has been enraging to say the least, insane, divisive, ignorant, overtly racist etc but his actual agenda has been almost 100% rejected. He hasn’t achieved any of his twisted aims and I don’t see it getting better for him.
His major initiatives, repealing Obamacare, immigration ban and The Wall…have never gotten off the ground and it doesn’t look like they ever will. His executive orders, some of which have been nullified by federal courts, will take many months or years to apply if ever….and I don’t think he, or the RepubliKlan Congress, have got that long.
The harsh Draconian moves against undocumented immigrants are being videoed. Every time a family gets torn asunder half deported etc it’s very well-documented indeed! And the numbers are tiny and notorious. Trump has to tear apart 5 million families to get the job done. Ain’t gonna happen. But this police-state action is the worst thing he’s done as he has terrorized millions of poor families living in America.
Trump’s actions as Commander-in-Chief have all failed dramatically. From ordering the failed SEAL raid that got an American killed, six wounded and achieved nothing at all to “the armada that wasn’t there”, Trump has stumbled badly. This is due not only to his mental illness, ignorance and incompetence but also to the reactions of our allies, enemies,’ and other world leaders…..everybody is ignoring him, the Europeans, the Russians, the Chinese… everybody. They know he’s crazy even if Americans don’t. Assad has gone about his business and Merkel although mortified hasn’t said a word. Even Jong-un called Trump’s bluff and made a monkey out of him.
Trump the Statesman, diplomat, world leader simply doesn’t exist.
So far Trump’s not been able to kill too many people. But he remains a “very very” clear and present danger.
Trump has also flip-flopped on a number of campaign pledges, from working thru every weekend at the White House to destroying NATO and ordering China about. Needless to say these foundations of his campaign agenda will never be realized.
Besides this almost total failure to actually get anything done, Trump’s proposals, which are only proposals, have probably caused the most outrage. The mad, mean and outlandish things he wants to do are just not doable. He won’t succeed at bankrupting NPR, Planned Parenthood, the arts or Meals-on-Wheels or the vast gov’t social programs like Medicare, Social Security, Veterans entitlements. No way! The president doesn’t spend the money…Congress does. We’re headed for economic chaos perhaps but those institutions will outlast Trump.
I’m not worried. Though I am a bit scared of the nuke ideas, they’re just a little too unthinkable to worry about. So I don’t see much chance that Trump will ever rise to Worst president Ever. It’s pretty entertaining and as someone once said “stranger than fiction.”
The reality is….Kremlin-gate is creeping up his ass.
Trump’s single achievement has been the appointment of Gorsuch to the US Supreme Court. But since he’s such a poor judge of character I believe Gorsuch, like Kennedy and Roberts, may not wind up being the firebrand partisan loyal conservative the RepubliKlans think they got. Gorsuch isn’t a gun-loving pro-life evangelical nut-bag. He is a Wall Street shill if anything. That’s how Trump knows about him. That’s not good, but he’s no Scalia.
So America will live with the Trump shit-stain on it undies for a decade or two but I don’t fear he will have any lasting effect on the planet; like Dubya’s global crime-wave… or Reagan’s domestic disaster.

Every day or two FOX News personality Bill O’Reilly orders his staff to peruse the popular lexicon for some obscure word with which he can impress his illiterate, bible-thumping, trailer-trash fan club. Those of his troglodyte tribe of dullards who are capable of using a dictionary, and actually have one, drool breathlessly at what acrobatic verbiage their genius conservative wordsmith has wrought to confound and strike dumb the hapless “smarty-pants” liberals.
To all but his knuckle-dragging admirers, O’Reilly himself, dictionary/staff aside, quickly proves to be nothing more than, what is defined in the modern vernacular, as a pseudo-intellectual. I doubt that too many of his dim-wit cow-herd have or could read this far…but just in case…”pseudo” is a prefix which means phony….in eubonic O-Reilly would be called a “poser”…. “falso” in illegal alien……a fake….an imposter….a bloviator extraordinaire….which in modern American English means…big-time blowhard.
Mr. Bill’s nonsensical hogwash doesn’t fool anyone with an IQ greater than their waist-line. Even to the casual observer he is an obviously semi-intelligent-poorly-disguised racist, sexist, bigot, relentless unapologetic and apoplectic liar. But boy has he got nerve…to spew such a hateful creed for three hours a day and then claim to be the compassionate, caring, tolerant, progressive, “concerned” Uncle Bill….the liberal.
This loud-mouth buffoon, like Limbaugh, is also a pseudo-comedian who often mistakes his own sour-faced bile-bloated blather for a sense of humor, when like Bush and the rest of the GOP NeoKKKon crime family, he’s neither intelligent nor witty enough to actually be funny (intentionally).
Some reasons O’Reilly’s Reich-wing “humor” is not funny is that it is not spontaneous, ironic or witty, and it is always mean-spirited. Only when they are caught on tape, and fired or criticized for being the racist bigot pigs they are…..do O’Reilly, Limbaugh, Imus & Co…suddenly and unabashedly pull their tongue out of their butt, announce it was a harmless “misunderstood joke” and proclaim themselves comedians….They would do better as mimes.
Nobody…but nobody!… laughs louder at O’Reilly’s “jokes” than O’Reilly himself and it doesn’t fool his liberal detractors….. or his mouth-breathing skin-head band of merry men who get their laughs dragging people chained by the neck behind their pick-up trucks, or crucifying gay people on barbwire fences. They can rest assured in the knowledge that he is every bit the racist bigot hate-monger they know and trust him to be, regardless of how he spins it with his Dick Cheney smile and Ann Coulter howl.
Perhaps the most repulsive of all his multiple personalities is O-Reilly the pseudo-Christian. Why anyone, besides an ambitious politician or avaricious televangelist, would consciously be a pseudo-Christian is beyond me. So I have to conclude that Bill really thinks he is a Christian. Wow! I can say with unequivocal confidence that if there is a more unforgiving, unrepentant, hypocrite, liar, murder-minded, Jew-hating, mean, intolerant, racist, bigoted, nasty, sexist, hateful, money-changer, anti-Christ than Bill O-Reilly he’s the turd infesting the White House. Of course this sells really well with his base American Red-State Pseudo-Christian Taliban base. They, equally delusional, think they’re Christians too.
Not much is made of Jesus hating people (except maybe infidel European white-skinned imperialist invaders of his Middle-Eastern country), but O-Reilly is definitely a first-class sinner in every sense of the word….. except I never heard him curse his mother and he defends Santa Claus and Christmas trees.
O-Reilly doesn’t talk much about love, women, family…the good things in life… with any genuine affection, authority or sincerity. He appears sadly dysfunctional and unacquainted with these and many other elements of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.
I personally suspect that, in his heart of hearts, he’s a closet pedophile wanna-be masquerading as a “compassionate conservative” who’s concern for the safety and well-being of the family…and in particular children… is….well….really creepy and weird.
No matter how he spins it O-Reilly cannot hide the fact that he is a confused sociopath personality, who can’t tell right from wrong. He exhibits a colossal inferiority complex which, symptomatic to his pathology, he hides behind a loud-mouth bloviating facade of know-it-all superiority. I’m sure if he were to read this little piece, I and Op/Ed would be the target of another violent hate-filled expletive-laced temper-tantrum from the pathetic middle-aged juvenile delinquent, poor-excuse-for-a-human-being that is the real Bill O-Reilly.
Trump’s True Agenda is Sicker and Sillier Than You Think

Trump’s true agenda is Revenge. It is about obsessive Revenge against one person. President Barack Obama.
I can pin-point the exact date and time it began. It was April 30, 2011 at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner when Obama humiliated and laughed at Trump in front of the world. The TV cameras. The next day marked the killing of Bin laden and Obama’s popularity soared. Trump was seething that he’d been laughed at and that jump in the polls must have really boiled his balls. Being the mentally ill wholly self-centered Narcissistic we all see today, his whole being since that day has been dedicated to the end of taking Revenge on Obama. His thirst for Revenge not only persists to this day but has even recently escalated with some disastrous results for him. Call it karma. Revenge!
Trump committed numerous crimes including treason without a second thought, to get there because his focus was and is always riveted on Obama. His one thought to this day….Revenge. Everything he has done has opposed or spited Obama in some way. He’s interested in nothing else. Political philosophy? Improving life for Americans and our standing in the world? Even making money takes a second seat to… Revenge!
You can see this in almost all of his political tweets and comments since April 30, 2011. His tweets are a diary of his psychotic’s need for and road to Revenge. He was particularly harsh toward Obama after the election in the transition when it was really needless. But as president his moves, all colored by black-hearted Revenge, have been reckless and stupid right from the start. And they’ve failed. Revenge!
Trump’s first order as Commander-in-Chief was for a SEAL Team raid in Yemen, upon learning that Obama had rejected it. Trump as we well know now, neither knew nor asked anything about the actual operation. It was a frigging disaster. It’s main target Al qaeda #3, was long gone. 30 civilians were killed along with Navy SEAL “Ryan” Owens + 6 SEALS were wounded. There was no intelligence gathered and an $80 million helicopter was lost. It is presumed that a number of Jihad fighters were also killed. Revenge!
More recently was the Trump-Care fiasco. All Trump wanted and wants to do is repeal Obamacare. He couldn’t give a shit whether anybody has insurance or not. In fact, unprecedented, he had no alternative plan to offer. Just a plan to repeal. He said “health-care is very very complicated” and told Congressman Ryan to write it up. He couldn’t be bothered as long as Obamacare was obliterated. When it looked like it wasn’t gonna fly he threatened his own party. It failed. His tweets always start with repealing Obamacare. Apr 2, 2017 – “Repealing and replacing Obamacare is a goal that is not “dead,” Trump tweeted Sunday morning. ” There are dozens like this. Revenge!
Vengeance has been a high-profile feature of Trump’s character all of his life. He brags about threatening it and is notorious for making good on the threat. I suppose everybody has a little bit of that in them. But when you are afflicted with multiple mental illnesses and you are president it’s a problem for all of us….Earthlings. Revenge!
Mind you that Obama policies protected Americans in America about 100% from foreign terrorists, rescued the economy, insured 55 million Americans and did not lose a single serviceman in battle anywhere in 8 years; except in Afghanistan in a surge he wanted no part of. Obama was “very very successful”. To undo his policies en masse is pretty dangerous. Revenge!
February 17 Trump abruptly cut off Obama-aid to the “rebels” in Syria and turned his back to the civil war there while forbidding refugees entry into the USA. He then said “Americans must accept that Assad is the leader of Syria.” For Trump it was just another mindless reversal of Obama. Syrians were gassed to death. What did Trump do? He immediately blamed Obama. Revenge!
It is dangerously ironic that after US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, “This is not a rational person. He is not thinking clearly.”, our very own irrational person Trump not thinking clearly sends a Navy flotilla to menace the other “irrational person” who murdered his own brother and has nuclear weapons, probably nerve gas and tons of artillery 30 miles from Seoul. Revenge!
Fortunately Trump so far has failed almost 100% in his designs of Revenge against all things Obama with minimal casualties. Most of his executive orders reversing Obama will take years to implement and 2018 and Kremlin-gate will devour him and RepubliKlans before then. Most of his ridiculous punishing polices are actually proposals in his budget which is already dead on arrival.
In the end us progressive positive democratic forces will have our…Revenge! Wooooooooahhhhhhhh!!!
Trump’s Order Killed 240+ Iraqi Civilians March 17th

While the world recoiled in horror over the children killed in the Syrian gas attack, on Trump’s order a USA airstrike killed as many as 240 Iraqi civilians in a March 17 Mosul air raid. The victims are buried under that pile of rubble in the picture.. 200+ of them were children, women and the elderly. Exactly how many children were crushed to death their beds has not been determined, probably won’t ever be. Rest assured the Iraqi kids looked a lot worse that the angelic peaceful Syrian dead babies. Coincidentally, just like Assad, US Secretary of Defense General* Mattis’ new explanation was “the blast was triggered by an Islamic State suicide truck bomb which was the target of the US missile” and nearby the unfortunate 240 were smudged out by the truck bomb which blew up their houses…mmmm..?…and the Syrian terrorist kids had the nerve gas under their pillows?….
Survivors and witnesses say it was an airstrike and there was no truck-bomb.
Underlying this is what few Americans understand, least of all Trump. Iraq vs ISIS is a Holy War of genocide, Shiite vs Sunni. It’s not about freedom and democracy. It’s about Mohammad. That’s why Obama didn’t want to be involved. He understood. Obama didn’t help Iraq until Aug 10, 2014 when ISIS killed 500 Yazidis civilians by burying them alive. including women and children. Islamic State are Sunni. The Iraqi military are Shiites. They call in the airstrikes in Mosul. There are no Americans on the ground. The houses were full of Sunni civilians and they called it in. Cuz they’re happy to have Trump’s help killing as many Sunni as they can. They’re on a war of genocide. Once the Iraqi military wins in Mosul they will unleash the Shiite militia, who unhampered by the Shiite police or military, will mass murder Sunni by the 1,000 like they did in Baghdad after the first “democratic election”.

The bombing was wrong on many levels….It is a frigging disaster!
He has no evidence it was Assad who along with Russia denies it. There should have been a lot more deliberation with our allies and NATO on that point; even though it appears likely to the naked eye. You are talking about the USA committing an act of war. The impulsiveness of Trump is “A clear and present danger” to America and the world.
The bombing was a very serious crime w/o a vote of Congress. The CIC may only act unilaterally if “The United States is under attack”. (See War Powers Act & US Constitution).
It was ineffective and achieved nothing; except perhaps to empower and strengthen ISIS’ PR in their war on “Assad and Russia” and the USA/Iraq alliance. This aided the enemy…ah if ISIS is still our enemy.
Militarily-speaking Trump’s bombing was a big victory for Islamic Jihad not for the USA or world….or may I add the Syrian people. Trump bombed Syria. He didn’t bomb Russia and he didn’t bomb Assad. He bombed Syria. My guess is Syrians probably don’t like Trump (Americans) any more than they do Putin (Russians).
Trump recklessly bombed a place where he said there’s tons of nerve gas, admitting that he tolerated that the nerve gas was there before the bombing. He could have perhaps prevented the gas attack. Instead his revenge attack could have caused another Bhopal if the nerve gas really was there.
Trump’s and mankind’s golden opportunity which he blew is he didn’t involve NATO (he hates them) which was the proper legal international channel to legitimize and do such things. He went it alone and American taxpayers paid the whole cost in money and responsibility. NATO would have helped with the bombing and the cost if it proved justified.
Perhaps NATO after establishing guilt in the case could enforce a no-fly zone over Syria like they did in Libya and in Iraq after Desert Storm while carrying on their own air support against ISIS. Assad and Putin defy NATO or comply. I think Putin would find that Syria isn’t important enough for WWIII. There would likely be no more bombs dropped on Syrian civilians.
This bombing was stupid and wrong legally, politically and militarily.

He also confirmed that he knows it was Assad before anybody else.
He said so minutes later. “These heinous actions by the Bashar al-Assad regime,” How did he know?
Assad claims it wasn’t him and nobody has confirmed it was him, except Trump.
He knew It was because he was complicit, probably unwittingly. In other words he’s fuckin clueless!!
Four days ago Spicer came out and said “Americans must accept it that Assad is the leader of Syria.” This was Trump’s wink at Assad that the USA was recognizing his martial authority and would do nothing to oppose him.
And indeed though he publicly condemned the attack Trump is doing nothing about it.
This is how ignorant and dangerous Trump is.
Moreover the seed of Trump’s complicity was planted a long time ago, with his election and bromance with Putin. As soon as Obama was out of the way the Russians, knowing Trump is on their side, immediately shipped in the nerve gas and WMDs to Syria.
Four days ago Trump gave them the go ahead.
Add to this his ludicrous obscene and insupportable charge that it was Obama’s fault. Like the wiretap lies the sad irony is Trump actually winds up pointing the finger right at himself.
The true history is Assad gassed and murdered 1,400+ Syrian civilians in 2012 and crossed the Red Line. Obama took immediate action and demanded his WMDs or else. Assad complied.
Putin lamely threatened to send in Russian warships to oppose the US fleet. Obama sternly warned him off. Putin folded up like a Made-in-China Walmart pup-tent.
Obama and the UN deprived Assad of his chemical weapons. There were no more gas attacks until yesterday, cuz the WMDs weren’t replaced until Trump came along.

There’s a clear parallel with USA bombs in Mosul that killed 200 civilians 2 weeks ago and the gas attack. Both Russia and USA claimed they were targeting enemy munitions deployed among civilians AKA “collateral damage”.
There is one notable exception to the similarities.
A week ago Trump Tillerson & Co said:
“Americans must accept Assad as Syria’s leader.” on their media blitz to join the Russians in supporting him.

Two weeks ago on Commander-in-Chief Trump’s watch American “surrogate” bombs killed 3X as many Iraqi civilians as the Russians did with their gas WMDs. The Pentagon’s investigation of themselves disappeared in a heartbeat and nobody survived to post pictures of the mangled children; except the Iraqi military who called in the massacre. We don’t have any details about how many people were killed, no Mosul hospital ER videos etc. And we never will.

Well, Obama got rid of Assad’s WMDs which they replenished as soon as Comrade Trump became president but only used after a wink and and a nod” from Tillerson Spicer and the rest.

British MI6 Dossier May Destroy Trump

The contents of the British MI6 dossier on Trump and the Russians has been confirmed in many aspects and details.
No details or aspects have been debunked.
This has led the US Senate investigators to ask the author of the dossier to testify before their committee.
This is the dossier that alleges, among many other things, that Trump had Russian prostitutes piss on him (a sexual deviance known mildly as “Golden showers”) on the same bed Obama and his wife slept in when they were in Moscow and that this deviant gross sexual escapade was caught on video by Russia’s secret police and used to blackmail Trump into becoming Putin’s blow-boy.
Fair to say this revolting episode is as yet unconfirmed as are oodles of other accusations. But the dossier is very detailed and as I said no aspect has been debunked.
In fact if the dossier is compared to Trump/Russia events as they have unfolded it fits like a glove and would explain everything.
The man who compiled the dossier, Christopher Steele, is a former MI6 British intelligence agent trusted by USA intelligence agencies which is why the Senate and others in law enforcement are taking him seriously.
He is not an anonymous leaker and has no apparent ulterior motive other than to inform.

Gotti was a Mafia Don; who died in prison convicted under The RICO Act of multiple murders and other crimes none of which he committed himself.
The RICO Act is The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act enacted in 1970 to prosecute Cosa Nostra Godfathers who didn’t commit the crimes but whose underlings did on their orders. The FBI called it “Organized crime.”
RICO decimated the Mafia and in recent decades has been used to convict drug-kingpins, gang leaders and other organized crime leaders. Almost all are life-in-prison type crimes and convictions.
One particularly effective provision of RICO is all of the crooks’ assets, properties and other ill-gotten gains are confiscated by the government. And they go after everything!, down to their frigging socks.This bankrupts the enterprise that supports all the crime, puts the bosses in prison and the family out-of-business.
Don Trump and his comrades seem prime candidates for prosecution under The RICO Act on many levels. His lieutenants we already know received a lot of dirty money which fact they tried to hide. They could lose everything too.
Trump says he never had any contact with the Russians “in years” before he became president. Maybe so.
But evidently just about everyone else in Trump’s “family” including even his son and son-in-law had a lot of criminal illegal treasonous contact with the Russians in 2016 before the election and after. The plethora of crimes is already clear; Flynn’s gone, Sessions lied to the Senate under oath, Manefort ; Christ! I can’t even remember all the names, crimes and scandals.
Money-laundering, treason, espionage and who knows what else the FBI and Senate have already dug up?
And at the top of the pyramid is Trump; a psychotic petty micro-manager who demands complete slavish subservience and loyalty.
You can bet nobody…but nobody!…in this narcissistic psychopath’s “family” does anything on their own without his express order.
Sessions’ recusing himself is a good example. Trump went notoriously ballistic and threw a pissy-diaper temper tantrum over it. The inner circle was evidently mortified.
Trump & Co should be prosecuted under the RICO Act which was designed just for such a mob of organized criminals acting in unison under one ruler.
There’s another law called the Logan Act, a United States federal law that details the fine and/or imprisonment of unauthorized citizens who negotiate with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. Trump and his mob all qualify for that too.
This is all gonna come clear. Maybe sooner than later. Cuz some of these dudes Trump’s throwing under the bus are going to save their own skins.
If that doesn’t work; the Russians, who I’m sure have everything on tape will come forward. After all their ambition is to sabotage America. They win no matter how it plays out.

What About These “Paid Protesters” Claims by RepubliKlans?

Paid protesters?
The last few years I have seen RepubliKlans, including most of all Trump, accuse “paid protesters” of being among those opposing them and their policies.
This most recently happened last night in Utah where GOP Congressman Chaffetz who, roundly booed at a town hall meeting, later claimed that “some of those in attendance were paid protesters.”
I find that quite a serious accusation. Don’t you?
Nobody in media or CNN asked him, or has ever asked Trump or any of these dozens of RepubliKlans who have made that claim to provide any proof of their scurrilous charge.
Who exactly are the “some who were paid”? How do you know this? Who paid them? How was this payment made? Did they pay income taxes? If not, it is a crime.
This accusation goes to the heart of the the 1st Amendment Constitutional right to protest.
The RepubliKlans who routinely make this allegation of criminal activity to impugn legitimate heartfelt voters’ opposition and discontent should be held to account for the charge.
Some claim that these “paid protesters are “bussed in” from distant places. Bussing people in is OK I suppose, but paying them isn’t. Who paid the bus drivers? Who were the people on board? It’s not like they’re hiding out. They’re on video for chrissake!
This also extends to the internet. I have been accused by many Trumpaholics of being a “paid troll” and have told my accusers I could really use the money if they could tell me how to get paid. Not a single Con-servative Komrade seemed willing (or able?) to reveal this information. I’d love to get paid for my vocal opposition to Trump.
Ironic that its now been revealed by the intelligence services who have investigated that the Russians had “1,000s of paid internet trolls” working against Hillary Clinton on social media and sparking all kinds of wild conspiracy theories and accusations like her alleged pedophile ring and other such bullshit. Evidently the DOJ, CIA and FBI have seen ample proof of this as they would never use such “fighting words” against another country without ample hard evidence.
I suppose its legal to accuse protesters of being paid, probably legal to pay them too. But really the elected politicians and accusers should provide the names of some of the paid protesters and proof, as they are suggesting that phonies are being bribed with money and that the protests are not real.
As for me I think the Republican Congressmen Trump and the rest are liars and there are no paid protesters at all. I am open to evidence and proof however. Let’s see some.
Russian Stink Election 2016 Must be Voided

Nullify the Election of 2016
If it is proven beyond all doubt that the Trump and his mob bribed and colluded with the Russians in a criminal conspiracy to rig the election of 2016 the legitimacy of Trump’s election and presidency must be challenged by the Democrat Party and Clinton campaign.
Otherwise its a win-win for Putin and the Russians over America and it’s democratic institutions.
There simply can be no other way to describe it.
Trump loses. America loses.The legitimate winning candidate loses.
So how do we make it right?
I can think of only one way.
All tainted shit-stinky Trump ballots must be voided and nullified, meaning Clinton officially wins 65,844,610 – 0….and Little Hitler is erased.
Also this voiding of criminal ill-gotten ballots would needfully include any straight ticket Republican ballots and the down ticket votes with them. Meaning practically every Republican Senator and Congressman loses their seats to their Democrat opponents as well.
I see no other way to defeat Putin and the Russians in their war on America.

My predictions are all coming true. The RepubliKlans in Congress are clinging to ComradeTrump like stink on shit while at the same time they are at war with him. Hilarious! This is great for the progressive movement and Democrats.
What I said was, the courts would put the kibosh on most of Trump’s big plans. And they have indeed. He has achieved almost nothing of any consequence but only pumped out the blather, evil proposals and insane lying tweets and pissed off everybody on Earth. He’s also betrayed a series of campaign pledges.
I prophesied that the RepubliKlan Congress would eventually contest and betray him and Trump who is a vindictive, petty, nasty prick would never forgive them. And he won’t. I didn’t expect the rift would happen so soon. Yay! I suspect there’s gonna be a lot of gridlock the next months.
The really good news is that the RepubliKlans in Congress, like Reps Devin Nunes and Ryan and Sen McConnell are jumping to his support in Kremlin-gate even arguably committing Obstruction of Justice and other treasonous crimes themselves.
When Kremlin-gate and law enforcement bring Trump down, the RepubliKlan Congress and RepubliKlan Party are going down with him.
Worst case, the GOP Congress is already lame-duck and on their way out in 2018. It would be all over for Trump in 2019, if he’s still in office.

Everybody seems to have forgotten about that; including Trump who has gone on several rabid tirades against the FBI’s failure to investigate and capture criminal leakers. For a guy who’s outraged about most everything he doesn’t seem concerned at all by this incredible criminal breech of his most private tax documents which he has fought tooth and nail to keep confidential.
The tax leaks seem critically important to national security. cuz if some person has access to a “Client’s Copy” of the president’s tax returns it stands to reason he’s got access to other stuff.
Is the president being blackmailed and the tax return was just a demonstration of what the blackmailer has on him?
Has the document been authenticated by the FBI, Trump or the IRS?
It’s my suspicion that Trump leaked the documents himself. Another criminal misstep. That would explain his strange uncharacteristic silence.

Trumpty-Dumbty’s Wall
We now have our first real clue how much Trumpty-Dumbty’s Great Wall of America is going to cost.
The administration has asked for $990 million to build 62 miles of Trump’s Wall. The border is just shy of 2,000 miles and of course that doesn’t include the often serpentine nature of the landscape which means The Wall would in fact be much longer. But let’s say 2,000 miles @ $1 billion for 60 miles to try and make some sense of this. Do the math and the basic cost of construction is about $33.33 Billion.
+ This estimate is for a 15-foot wall. Trump has said he wants The Wall to be 30 feet high. This of course wouldn’t double the cost but would certainly add to it considerably. I imagined last year, when I wrote this song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azowXSd6PGE that it would be around $50 Billion. If built by private contractors who knows?
But that’s only a part of the cost.
A lot of private property along those 2,000 miles will have to be purchased by the government. It’s difficult to imagine what that will cost but it must be a humongous amount of money. Rio Grande river-front property goes for at least around $50,000 an acre,sometimes far far more. Landowners are likely to be very reluctant to sell especially at the higher end cuz what’s a $400,000 riverfront home worth if you’re looking at a 15-30 foot grey concrete and barbed wire wall instead of the river? It’s almost impossible to estimate this hidden cost but 2,000 miles will require a chuck-wagon full of money.
And if a private property owner refuses to sell (and there could be hundreds who will refuse) the gov’t will have to go to court and seize their property by Eminent Domain, which means the Federal Government in Washington will force the private landowners to sell whether they want to or not.
The legal costs of these court cases will be astronomical without a doubt. And the time delays caused by court actions would probably extend far beyond Trump’s term.
Then once it is built there is the cost of maintenance which would not doubt be a constant and permanent requirement.
But perhaps the greatest cost of all would be the manpower Immigration Border Guards, their salaries, health insurance and benefits, vehicles and all the equipment required to effectively patrol The Wall. Billion’s more every year.
So you can see the $ costs are almost inestimable but very high indeed.
And that does not account for the aesthetics of a 15-30 foot concrete barbed wire staring into the face of Americans who live along the 2,000 miles. I don’t think tourists would visit like they do the Alamo or the Great Wall of China.

Trump’s secret 30-day plan to defeat ISIS is running a little late. Now he has the blood on his hands of 200 more civilians killed in Mosul last week by American bombs.
Sometimes I think I am the only American/Westerner/White guy who gets it about ISIS and Iraq, the nation that Bush built. We couldn’t have a more clueless incompetent Commander-in-Chief at this critical moment.
The USA are over there for reasons we still aren’t sure of, but seem to have something to do with oil.
But the one excuse we have been fed for 13 years now is we went there to give (install) democracy and freedom to the Iraqi people. To this day the Iraqi people don’t have a frigging clue what democracy is and they are very ill-suited for it. God wins every election over there.
What nobody on CNN or in American leadership seem to grasp that the Iraqis are involved in a war of their own.
A holy war.
A war to the death.
Shiite vs Sunni.
It’s a war of mutual genocide.
What separates Shiite from Sunni is a religious rift about a couple of Muslim prophets they can’t agree on or some such shit that we occidentals miss completely.
The USA and democracy are not in their war equation.
The bureaucracy, police and military in Saddam’s Iraq were manned by the waaay minority Sunni. After Bush’s invasion in 2003 these Sunni were banned fired from their positions.
The gov’t ceased to function.
The police ceased policing (the US military was forced to be the police which is how and why they were killed.)
And the Sunni soldiers were unemployed and melted into the population with their guns. they planted the roadside bombs and such that killed Americans. And they eventually became the ISIS army.
With the establishment of democracy the Shiite majority won virtually every election and became the elected legitimate government backed by the USA.
The new Sunni gov’t of Iraqi immediately went on a genocidal spree against the Sunni people. Shiite “militia” (non-gov’t Jihad militants) with police protection committed hundreds of mass murders of Sunni, many 1000s of victims. They were trying to wipe them out. The suicide bombs were Sunni or Shiite victimizing and terrorizing their opposite.
The overwhelmed outnumbered outgunned Sunni soon retreated to their native city of Mosul where for purposes of self-defense they made an unfortunate alliance with ISIS (a single madman’s dream) and ISIS took them on their own lunatic rampage of murder, enslavement and genocide.
Make no mistake in eyes of the Shiite Army of Iraq getting 200 Sunni killed by calling in a US airstrike is tops on their list of things to do. They don’t mind at all if they’re civilian women and children.
After the Iraqi army takes Mosul the Shiite militia ( there are many) will strike with a murderous vengeance unrestrained by the Shiite police, military or gov’t leadership.
It is not a war for freedom democracy. It’s a war to kill as many Sunni as they can. The demented ISIS made the Sunni people a ready target.
Sad as it sounds, the USA had no business in the middle of it, in any capacity; even though we enabled it all. That’s why, I suspect, Obama didn’t want to get involved in any way. I think it was when Islamic State buried a few hundred civilians alive that he finally did.
Now the Sunni are going to really get slaughtered and it’s Bush’s fault more than anybody’s. But Trump is the overseer now.

I was wondering what will happen when this stupid ass is faced with some serious military or security crisis?
His utter incompetence and ignorance makes it a frightening prospect.

In the campaign Trump said he had a secret plan to “very very quickly” defeat ISIS. It’s over two months and we haven’t heard a word about ISIS or his battle plan. What’s brewing up against Americans in that pot?
Militarily Trump has two “striking” failures on his record.
He ordered a raid, his first military operation as Commander-in-Chief, on an Al-Qaeda leader in Yemen’s Bayda province; a raid Obama rejected. The operation resulted in the deaths of Navy SEAL William Owens and 30 civilians, including 10 women and children, according to medics at the scene. Three other US service members were also injured and a $100 million helicopter was lost.
A week or so ago an American smart bomb killed 200 Iraqi civilians trapped in their homes in Mosul. (I blame Bush but the RepubliKlans blamed Obama “cuz he’s president”.
So this goes on CIC Trump’s ledger.
About that same time Trump went out of his way to threaten North Korea and China. The mad pygmy-king called his bluff and responded by announcing another nuclear test. Your move Mr Trump. Jeezus!

Worse than that, the serious crisis may well happen because of Trump’s provocative declaration of war on Muslims and Latinos, American and foreign alike. He absolutely made Americans and America antagonists and targets for a lot of people.

Idiot-in-chief Trump said “Healthcare is complicated…very very complicated.” Strange that he understands how bad Obamacare is. Anyway, he passed it on to the House. The ignoramus had nothing to do with it.

There’s a lot of reasons this is going to fail. #1 is Trump and the RepubliKlans are not on the same page.
The Congress wants to serve their Wall Street $pon$ors. The best they could do is a ridiculous bill that is blatantly painful to 10s of millions of Americans and clearly a boon for the Wall Street 1%ers.
Trump has a very different motive. He wants to embarrass Obama cuz Obama embarrassed him. For him it’s petty and personal, like Rosie O-Donnell and everything else. All he wants to do as president is undo Obama. He doesn’t care about the details.
The most egregious example of this obsession for revenge is Trump approved a military raid solely to spite Obama who rejected it. It was a disaster and failed in every way. Americans were ambushed and killed, a $100 million helicopter lost and neither the target or any useful intelligence was gained. He got Americans killed in a failed attempt to “show up” Obama. That’s how personally important it is to him.
I am happy to report Trumpcare and all these efforts to erase Obama’s legacy are gonna fail.
Trump may well become Obama’s biggest booster.
Cuz in his zeal he may have embarrassed and doomed himself as he has become a pariah in the world and in the USA for accusing Obama (and our allies) of spying on him and a myriad of other lies and ignorant nasty gossip.

Trump’s Lawyers had a Coup today. Kinda..for now.
Trump has the best legal team in existence and everybody seems to have forgotten about them. Not me. What if they are preparing his defense already? I imagine they are.
Trump’s tweets may not be as insane as they seem if you look upon them as legal advice.
Trump’s Lawyers had no idea what government/law-enforcement knows. So they told him to accuse law-enforcement of illegally wiretapping Trump and “Trump Tower”. Trump and his lawyers know what went on there. They needed to know if and how much the DOJ or FBI knows.
Today to their great relief it was confirmed there was no wiretapping of Trump Tower. Whew!
(But Comey didn’t say that they’re not being wiretapped now.)
The FBI and all security/law enforcement should not be on TV like this. Comey was really annoyed with having to reveal ongoing investigations and probably with every aspect of the media event.
On the down-side for Trump’s legal team, Comey’s admission that Kremlin-gate is under investigation since July probably means the FBI’s got a lot of smoking guns.
We know some of these smoking guns already. Why did Flynn resign?…multiple smoking guns…. Why did Sessions perjure himself about meeting with Russians?…smoking guns. These meeting were crimes. It doesn’t matter what they talked about or what happens now. That’s a big problem for Trump & Co.
Unfortunately for him Trump carelessly went too far in his personal accusation against President Obama and probably committed a plethora of crimes and certainly other embarrassments cuz of his obsessive paranoid hatred for the black man.
Why is Trump worried about being wiretapped if he’s done nothing wrong?
I’ve been saying for weeks that Trump can’t escape his, and his associates Kremlin krimewave. That became clear with Comey’s testimony today.
And let’s not forget those immortal words.

Several Trump players have committed felony crimes blatantly right on video. Flynn, Spicer, Sessions and a number of others. Why haven’t these people been arrested and charged? I don’t get it!
Where is law enforcement? Spicer, for example released the jobs report in violation of the law. A federal law issued in 1985 states that “the executive branch shall not comment publicly on the data [released by federal agencies] until at least one hour after the official release.” If you see a crime being committed Call 911 for chrissakes!
Where do we start with Flynn the Kremlim or Turkey? Why isn’t this guy behind bars?
A guy in his position is a threat and a danger to a lot of characters infesting the Oval Office and vicinity; so protective custody would make sense.
Attorney General Sessions the #1 policeman in the USA committed multiple criminal felony perjuries to gain the office. Recuse? Resign ? How about you surrender to the authorities? Don’t worry we’ll resign you ourselves.
The only common denominator between these criminals and their crimes is Trump himself. He’s the boss, they’re the apprentices. You can bet none of these guys takes a deep breath without the order from Trump.
That qualifies them all for RICO Act prosecution.

Sessions’ Own Words Prove Him Guilty

Sessions’ own words convict him of lying under oath. He’s gonna be gone, voluntarily, and should face very serious criminal charges.
He said “No!” when asked if he met with the Russians while he was acting as a Trump surrogate.
He didn’t say, I can’t remember if I met with them or not. He said “No”.
If he’d said Yes he would have been admitting to a serious crime.
But when confronted with the clear factual evidence of the meetings he said he couldn’t remember what they talked about. ” He should have said “I never had any meetings like I told you under oath.” How can you not remember what you discussed at a meeting you said, under oath, never took place?
It’s also worth noting that Trump gave him the very inappropriate appointment to one of the most powerful positions in the land.
Add to all this that we still don’t know what Sessions and the Russians talked about. That would be “fly-on-the-wall” interesting. Maybe the Special Prosecutor could ask the Russian Ambassador to give a statement about the meetings? I don’t imagine engaging with people in violating American law, espionage is covered by diplomatic immunity. These are violations of highest principles of justice, democracy and American foreign policy in 2016. Maybe even before?

I’ve been wondering (since 2015)..Why would the Christians support Donald Trump? I was shocked that they came out in droves and voted for him. I really thought he was going to lose because they wouldn’t. There’s just no explanation why a Christian would vote for him….well, maybe there’s one.
The way he talked about the Christian darlings Cruz, Bush, Rubio etc and their families and wives. And then all the sexual predator stuff. The plethora of lies, slanders, insults. Christ!
Trump was Pro-choice until he decided to run for president in 1999. He said he ran as a RepubliKlan because the Christians are the stupidest voting block(heads) in America.
But it turns out Trump didn’t go after the Christian vote in 2016. He found something better….the Racist vote…. Yup! I think it was by accident. He stupidly blurted out that “the illegal immigrants are rapists and drug pushers…”.

Trump’s Russian Connection Dooms RepubliKlan Party

The Russian connection is working perfectly for the Democrats and opposition. The RepubliKlans are trying to stop the investigations. And they will. But they can’t stop them all.
The Attorney General has already recused himself so he obviously knows something he’s not saying. And he must, and eventually will, appoint some independent investigator. It will all come out. Maybe a lot more than that. A lot more!
There will be an investigation by somebody and when the Russia treason is proven the Republican Congress, and many people who knew, can be charged with obstruction of justice; publicly if not in court.. The Democrats and Clinton campaign should contest the 2016 election in the US Supreme Court. I would imagine the SC would have to put off the decision until the investigation is complete….in a couple of years.

Dysfunctional “Free press” Made Trump President

The media gave insane shouting candidate Trump more “free press” than I have even seen in my life. Unquestioning
For example one pillar of Trump’s fear and hate campaign was the urgent and dire threat of immigrant Muslim terrorists. I can’t count the times I saw, on the most “liberal” networks, Trump’s constant alarmist fear-mongering. No one in media that I saw ever questioned whether there is any threat at all from such people. In reality there is almost no such threat.
Nobody on CNN or NY Times mentioned that in Obama’s entire 8 years not a single American was killed, in America, by foreign-born immigrant terrorists, acting on their own, or enabled, financed, trained and deployed by international organized terrorists. That’s not to say Muslims didn’t kill people in the USA. But the killers were Americans not refugees or illegals. Of those American Muslim killers only the Boston bombers and Fort Hood shooter* were actually Jihad motivated. San Bernardino was a workplace shooting and Orlando a gay lovers squabble. When you examine these shootings you must consider the motives. Most mass killers in the USA are deranged in some way and not political or religious. There was and is almost no threat from immigrant Jihad terrorists, at least before Trump came around. The “free press” never bothered us with this information.
I’ll never forget that CNN turd absolutely grilling Clinton on the telephone over Pneumonia-gate as if it was a serious security issue. But the same dickweed never asked Trump what all his sniffing was about in the debates. It seems a small thing but Clinton’s transparency and honesty were questioned over a few days off cuz she had the flu while Trump said “I wasn’t sniffing.” (which he clearly was) and most everybody kept their mouth shut. It is indeed a small thing. But there were hundreds like it. Trump got the press and none of the press-ure.
The media let Trump get away with not showing his tax returns. Hardly a word when they should have been pounding away at that until election day. But Clinton and the Foundation, who released all of their papers…Oh my!! They never questioned his lack of transparency or honesty on taxes like they did Clinton’s.
The “free press” never mentioned that employment was at an all-time high, stock market soaring while Trump screamed about the awful state of jobs and the economy. Nor did the reporters point out that the millions of jobs “exported” to China and the 3rd world were union jobs exported by Wall Street and had zero to do with anything the government in Washington did, except the gov’t starting with union-buster Reagan deregulated Wall Street and allowed them to do it.
Of course the media said hardly a word about the rabid racism that powered Trump’s rise. The victory of hate over God in the Republican Party. Little things like that were left out….but Hillary’s emails…Oh my! Benghazi…Oh my!
Let me put it this way if Obama had said “I grabbed her pussy..” would he have gotten a pass from the media? The sexual predator president was quizzed about that by nobody.
Yup! I have to agree with Trump. He created a whole fake campaign and the fake news media went right along with it and he became president. He should be thanking them.

But his biggest mistake is dissing the courts and judges.
That’s not to say he hasn’t signed some Executive Orders. But they have repeatedly been shot down by numerous courts…everywhere they’ve been challenged.
Judges are going to be the death of Trump’s agenda (?). Courts are not subject to public opinion and they don’t run for office. Trump truly believes the courts have no authority over him and he is sorely mistaken.
The Progressives and all others with a bone to pick with Trump will do well to depend on Roberts and Kennedy and the US Supreme Court to put the kibosh on the Bizarro Trump World.
Justices Roberts and Kennedy bucked the conservatives on gay marriage, guns, “Obamacare” and the Civil Rights Act. The RepubliKlans called them traitors to the conservatives who appointed them.
Roberts and Kennedy turned out to be smarter more principled guys than the people who put them on the USSC. The are about the law, not politics. However they are human and their personal feelings toward Trump cannot be completely neutral.
We won’t see any public response to Trump’s rabid dog attacks on the judges and courts, but they do have authority and brains. And I (must) believe they will reverse him again and again.

Trump should get back on TV. NBC could call the series Tweets From the Rubber Room with their Oval Office set. His fictitious reality TV character could govern by following the script better than the madman we’ve got now stalking the Hen House hallways without even wearing a bathrobe. + It would be the all-time funniest sit-com ever. Trump would be gleeful with that as long as the rating were thru the roof. They would be. Trust me!

Trump would instantly become the most successful TV star ever. Beloved by billions. The Arabs would be laughing their asses off instead of blowing themselves and us up. The Chinese would build Trumpland amusement park in Macau. North Korea’s boy-king would be star-struck dumb with Hollywood wonder.
Putin and his gang could lease the slum at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue where the Negroes used to live. There could be a hilarious ongoing thing with their Mafia family and pidgin English. The possibilities are endless.

The Supreme Matter of the Supreme Court

You’re fired!
The Trump Supreme Court appointment is the most important and pivotal moment for the United States of the Trump regime. In his speech at the Democrat Convention Bernie Sanders said the USSC appointment was the #1 reason Trump had to be defeated. This is an important person. He’s gonna be there the rest of his life. We can never get rid of him. So who is he? He’s 47yr-old Neil Gorsuch.
Wouldn’t you know, on the bench he’s best known for being pro-business, pro-Citizens United decision and such. On the sunny-side he doesn’t seem to be a particularly radical Christian, White Supremacist or gun-loving.
On the dark (and frighteningly dumb) political side Gorsuch has said this:
“American liberals have become addicted to the courtroom, relying on judges and lawyers rather than elected leaders and the ballot box, as the primary means of effecting their social agenda and failing to reach out and persuade the public” (Never mind that Clinton won by 2,871,456 votes and he, not her appointee, is the subject of this debate). Gorsuch wrote that American liberals are circumventing the democratic process on issues like gay marriage and school vouchers. He seems a pretty anti-liberal political guy. And he shouldn’t be. His purview is whether people’s Constitutional rights are being secured, safeguarded and defended.
Worse, this shows an embarrassing misunderstanding and ignorance of the #1 fundamental reason for having a judiciary in the first place, especially for a judge of Gorsuch’s stature. The very purpose of courts and judges is, regardless of majority or public opinion, to provide equal justice under the law according the rules of the US Constitution, law and evidence. The liberals win in court because they are judged right, legally. The Roberts Court rejected the Republican conservatives on the issues Gorsuch protests, save for campaign finance. Even guns. It’s cuz they are wrong.
Gorsuch has described Trump’s recent rabid attacks on the judiciary for accepting arguments against his immigration order (among many other nasty accusations), as “demoralizing” and “disheartening”. It’s hard to tell what he means by this emotional description given that he’s the chosen one. My guess:
The message is, Trump obviously expects unquestioned devotion, loyalty and tow-the-line. Knowing this Gorsuch should reject the nomination or at least tell Trump straight up that it ain’t gonna be that way. Then Trump can fire him before he’s started.
The optimist in me imagines, if approved, that there’s a chance Gorsuch may go the way of Kennedy and Roberts, who thank heavens are just a little smarter and “judicious” than the guys who appointed them. They rejected the conservative agenda, based on law, and RepubliKlans called them traitors and activists. Roberts wasn’t about to cow-down to the RepubliKlans as some kind of political payoff. I applaud Kennedy and Roberts for their intelligence, independence and personifying the dignity of their offices.
Still the Democrats need to filibuster Gorsuch and maybe all of his appointments on the claim that Trump’s insane. The next President needs to make that decision.
Neil Gorsuch’s comments about Trump searing criticism of judges and courts were made to a US Senator and confirmed by Gorsuch’s spokesman.
Brady Says Black Patriots Should Honor Trump

I’m a Patriots fan. This makes me kinda sick to my stomach. Brady says his Patriots teammates should set aside Trump’s blatant rabid racism and go visit the Hen House with him. “It’s a privilege” he says. Makes me almost wish the Patriots lost, if not for those Patriots who have the balls and self-respect to reject the invitation. Brady said they shouldn’t make it political. Maybe I’m seeing things but it sounds to me like he’s making it political; especially since he was the first celebrity who came out in support of Trump, and remains one of the few.
Brady was a no-show when Obama invited the last champion Patriots to the White House. He said he was too busy for the “privilege” that year. + I didn’t see him being very huggy with his black teammates even after the Super Bowl. I’m hoping this is my imagination but he sure don’t look like a right guy to me.
While we’re on the subject of Brady, race and football, the MVP of Super Bowl 51 was James White, who set a number of incredible records and made zero mistakes…..20 points, most ever scored by one player…..14 pass receptions most ever by any player…..Only player ever to score 2 TDs running and one receiving…He also scored a 2-point conversion….He had a game-high 110 receiving yards.
Brady had a great game as well, except he gave up a pick-6 and his first half QB rating was the lowest in remembrance.
I’ve got a suggestion for Brady. Be loyal to your teammates and boycott the Hen House. Go have a private round of golf with your friend and you two can lap-dog all over each other out of our sight. Don’t embarrass your teammates by yapping about it.

Happy days! The Patriots won it in miracle fashion. But it took a helluva a lot more than just Brady + Some unthinkable stupidity on Atlanta’s part. The Pats D won that game as much as anybody. I hate the politics of it. But….The MVP was James White not Trumpaholic Tom.
White’s Stats from the Super Bowl;
Rushing Yards: 29, Touchdowns: 2
Receiving Catches: 14 (SB record), Yards: 110, TDs 1
3 TDs + The game winner and 2 point conversion.
White (ironic surname) lost out MVP to Brady who had a career low QB rating 1st half and made some pretty big mistakes. White made no mistakes. He was robbed. It’s almost like getting 2,871,456 million more votes and losing an election.
“Donald Trump was quick to offer his congratulations. The president, who has often boasted of his friendship with Brady, tweeted: “What an amazing comeback and win by the Patriots. Tom Brady, Bob Kraft and Coach B are total winners. Wow!”
I trust that every black Patriot player will reject the invitation to visit the FOX in the Hen House. It would interesting to see what Brady and Kraft would do.
Job #1: Get the Jump on Trump’s Supreme Court Appointment

The Supremes
Obama and Senate Democrats should sue the Republican led US Senate immediately, to have his appointee to the US Supreme Court seated. He has a terrific argument.
Article 2 of the US Constitution creates and empowers the Executive Department, not the Congress. The Senate is given no specific authority in Article 2 to even vote on much less reject or dodge any Presidential appointment. Article 2 requires that the President shall have their “advice and consent” for Presidential appointments. At the most they can advise the President not to elevate that person I suppose. I imagine that was done quite a lot in the good old days. But nobody told the President who he could and couldn’t appoint.
It also stands to reason that if the President can fire whomever he wants (sustained by the Andrew Johnson impeachment), he can hire whomever he wants too.
The creation and powers of the Congress are contained in Article 1 and they say nothing of the power to reject or defer presidential appointments. There is in fact no such power accorded the US Senate in either Article 1 or 2.
The Senate have absolutely no authority to defer or delay a presidential appointment for the next President or for any other reason. This is even more egregious. Any argument in support of that is ridiculous right on the face of it. The idea that Congress is allowed by Constitutional law to cripple and hobble both the other branches of government for over a year, the President and US Supreme Court, is just plain absurd. It cannot be the intent of the law.
I believe if challenged it would be agreed by the Roberts Court.
The Founding Fathers themselves did not vote on and reject appointees. It wasn’t even thought of to reject appointees until 1829 when the Washington outsider Andrew Jackson had all of his appointees rejected the first day in office by the livid vengeful Senate. There wasn’t another rejection until 92 years later, a Calvin Coolidge appointee I think.
Even if you cite these lame precedents there is no precedent for deferring a hearing and vote for a year so another President fills the vacancy. That is clearly un-Constitutional. The Senators should actually be impeached and removed from officer for violating their Constitutional oath. They failed to execute.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and………. faithfully discharge the duties of the office……… on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Advise and consent of presidential appointees is a duty of office to be discharged. They purposely did not do their duty. That’s a violation.
The only fair sensible solution is to seat Obama’s appointees because the Senate chose to disdain their power and duty ..whatever… They conceded.
Bear in mind too that in 1787 US Senators were appointed by state legislatures, not elected by the people. It was supposed and assumed they would be the older, learned and wise statesmen with always the interests of “the people” at heart and safe-guarding the republic. The vicious Federalists vs the Republican-Democrats politics of 1800 for example was not about anyone’s personal gain or special interests; it was rather an argument about what each side believed was best for the people and the future of the country. True patriotism.
It ain’t like that anymore. Trump’s from “so sue-me land”…. Sue him. Maybe you can delay his own appointment until midterm elections when we can start to undo this terrible fiasco infesting the Hen House.

If Clinton Plurality were a city it would be the 3rd largest city in the United States.

If the Clinton Plurality were a state it would be #34 just above Kansas. And -10,000 less than the next three states.
Clinton got 11 million more votes than Ronald Reagan.
There’s something wrong with that picture.
Job #2 Mid-term Elections 21 Months Away

The RepubliKlan Party Congress has a whole other agenda than Trump. They’re far more insidious than he is. Trump’s in the game for himself. The RepubliKlans are out to get you and yours. The first thing they did was vote to remove preexisting condition from the Affordable Healthcare Act.
But we can do something about them.
It is the call of Trumpaholics Anonymous that the main object of all opposition to Trump could most effectively manifest in the mid-term elections. Protests are great but its hard to keep the focus over the long term. Elections get the job done.
A majority in the House and Senate can override anything Trump and the RepubliKlans try to do or not do.
The Democrats, who can’t stop him anyway, should let Trump have his ways and stick the Republicans in Congress with them and him in the 2018 elections. Nothing will ruin Trump quicker than a progressive Congress 2019.
Democrats need to steer clear of impeachment talk because at best Paul Ryan would become President and he was rejected by 3 million more voters than Trump. The RepubliKlans have to be neutralized first and then removed. Without them Trump goes no further than 2018. The best we can hope for.
